Hon. Shri P. B. Sawant, Member (Judicial), Mumbai Principal Bench

Shri Pradeep Bhaskar Sawant was born on 27th July, 1951. After having completed his graduation in Arts Faculty, Shri Sawant entered in the legal field and completed his LL. B. He was enrolled as an Advocate in November, 1974 and practiced at Pune.

He entered Government Service as Assistant Public Prosecutor and started his Judicial Career as Civil Judge, J.D. & Judicial Magistrate, F.C. on 22nd February, 1980.

After putting in 31 years of long judicial service, Shri Sawant retired on 26th July, 2011 as District & Sessions Judge-1 from Thane.

Shri Sawant has been appointed as Member (Judicial) of M.R.T. Principal Bench at Mumbai w.e.f. 18th March, 2013 and he is working since as such.

Hon. Shri Shirish Namdeorao Karle, Member (Administrative), Pune Bench

Shri Shirish Karle, I.A.S. (Retd.) has joined as Member (Administrative) on 6th May, 2013 at Bench at Pune.

He was born on 16th August, 1952. He completed his B.A. & LL.B. He worked on important posts like C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, District Collector, Additional Divisional Commissioner, Additional Municipal Commissioner. He was on deputation as Registrar of Debt Recovery Tribunal, Pune. He also worked as Additional Settlement Commissioner, C.E.O. Maharashtra Khade & Gramodyog Mandal, Mumbai, General Manager of Western Maharashtra Development Corporation, Pune and he retired as Commissioner (Sports), Maharashtra State, Pune.

Hon. Shri S. S. Choudhary, Member (Judicial), Pune Bench

Shri Shantram Shankarrao Chaudhari was born on 30th November 1950. He graduated in Science faculty in the year 1972. He took education of law in I.L.S law college pune. He was also part time lecturer in Mercantile Law in Indapur College of Arts & Commerce.

Shri Chaudhari was practiced as an Advocate on Civil and Criminal side at Indapur. Later was apoointed as Civil Judge, Sr,Dn., in year 1989 and Addl District &Addl Session Judge in 1999 in the cadre of District Judge-1.

He retired as District Judge-1 on 29th November 2010 and has been appointed as judicial member Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Bench at Pune, since 1st December 2011.

Hon. Shri Ashok Shrawan Shiwankar, Member (Judicial), Nagpur Bench

Shri Ashok Shrawan Shivankar was born on 19th March, 1953. He graduated in Commerce Faculty and thereafter completed his LL.B.

He retired as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Wardha on 18th March, 2013 and has been appointed as Member (Judicial), Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Nagpur Bench on 22/3/2013 and since then he has been working as such.

Hon. Shri Eknath Zagaji Khobragade, Member (Administrative), Nagpur Bench

Shri E. Z. Khobragade was born on 12th February, 1952. He completed his double graduation in Science Faculty in Physics Branch and also completed LL.B.

He has shouldered various responsible administrative posts in I.A.S. Maharashtra cadre. He retired from government service on 29th February, 2010.

Shri Khobragade has taken over as Member (Administrative) w.e.f. 25th April, 2013 and since then he has been working as such.

Hon. Shri Manohar Rambhau Aaglawe, Member (Judicial), Aurangabad Bench

Shri Manhohar Rambhau Aglawe was born on 12th june 1952 in jalna district. After having completed his graduation in B.S.C, Chem (Special) Shri Aglave entered in the legal field and completed his LL. B.

He retired as Principal Dist. And Session Judge on 11thjune 2012 and has been appointed as judicial member Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Aurangabad.

Hon. Shri Manohar Narayan Bhagat, Member (Administrative), Aurangabad Bench

Shri Manohar Narayan Bhagat was born on 21stjuly 1950 in Pusad districtYavatmal. After having completed his M.A.Bed he entered in the Indian Adminstrative Service and passed out in 1996 batch.

He retired from Joint Secretary Cadre on 31st July 2010 from Indian Administrative Service and has been appointed as Administrative Member Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Aurangabad Bench, since 17th April 2013.
